Born in Milan, Simone Galofaro graduated as a fashion designer at the Istituto di Moda Burgo .

​

While at university, took part in a very prestigious contest in which the jury was made of buyers and fashion journalists,  and became one of the finalists (in a competition with over 200 students).

​

 He won, in the spring of 2014, the TX3 competition, after presenting a prototype of  his first collection.

​

 After many collaborations as a freelance designer, he decided to launch, in 2016, the prêt-à-porter collection under the name 

GALOFARO.
